Reach homeowners who need a new roof

Expectedplus Roofing is a referral service. It does not hire roofers or run crews. Instead, it connects homeowners who are ready to talk with independent contractors who do the work. If you run your own roofing business, this page is for you.

Homeowners come to the site after a leak, a storm, or an old roof that has given up. Many are looking for a full replacement, including hail damage roof replacement. They want a clear answer and a kind voice.

Who fits the network

The network looks for roofing businesses that:

• Serve Mentor or another part of the Mentor area
• Focus on roof replacement and new installs
• Handle storm work when it comes up
• Answer the phone and return messages
• Treat homeowners like neighbors, not leads

Crew size is less important than care. A small shop that explains things well can be a great fit.

What is expected of providers

Providers stay independent. That means you run your business, set your prices, and stand behind your work. In return, the network asks for a few basics:

• Hold every license and insurance policy your area requires
• Give homeowners written quotes in plain language
• Be honest about what the roof needs and what it does not
• Never pressure a homeowner to sign on the spot
• Respect the homeowner's home, time, and questions

There is no promise of a set number of calls. Volume depends on your area, your availability, and the season.

How to apply

Send a short email to contact@expectedplus.garden. Please include:

• Your business name and the towns you serve
• The types of roofing work you do
• Your license and insurance details
• A phone number and the hours that suit you for a callback

Someone will review your note and reply with next steps. Not every business will be a match, and that is okay.

Questions?

If you are not sure whether your business fits, write to contact@expectedplus.garden and ask. A short, honest question is welcome. So is a short, honest answer.
